I am a relational therapist who values the unique journey of each individual and recognizes the courage it takes to embark on the path of self-discovery and healing. I will work with you to build authentic connections, clear communication, and the confidence to create the life you want. I believe we heal through relationships. I will help you find hope as you begin to experience fuller connections to the important people in your life.

I specialize in working with people in their 30s to 50s who are navigating the complexities of life during these pivotal years. I enjoy helping my clients connect to their own values and to shift out of autopilot to become more intentional in their life's direction.

Many of my clients are sensitive, and are committed to longer-term self-exploration and willing to examine patterns in their lives to create lasting and positive change. I am passionate about my work and I am dedicated to empowering my clients. My mission is to create a space where you not only feel safe but truly supported.

In life we are all seeking to improve our relationships to feel truly connected and seen by those around us. We are also seeking clarity so we can see and understand ourselves, our own experience, and what happened to us. Working together is looking at the past and how it is impacting our current experience. I use an attachment lens, neurobiology, and psychodynamic theory to collaborate with clients and help process their past and create more understanding of their story. I want to work together to connect all parts of ourselves and link the head, the heart and our intuition so we are showing up with clarity as our full selves and connected in our relationships.

Since I know how scary and vulnerable it can feel to start working with a new therapist, I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can see if we're a good fit.

Collaboration

My approach to therapy is that we are working together in collaboration. I believe my clients are the experts in their own lives. I am here to guide people to help find their true self and connect to their own values to build their life worth living. I do this by helping them feel accepted, and empowering, them to be honest, no matter how messy.

I encourage my clients to show up as their true selves and we can work it out together.

I want everyone to feel they can show up exactly as they are, and have a safe place to share their inner world. I am not a blank slate, but a real person invested in being non-judgmental to explore any and all big feelings and emotions.
